The Opportunity:

Are you a creative problem solver with expertise in shooting video content? Would you like to produce content for our VALORANT team competing in one of today’s fastest-growing esports titles? If so, you could be a good fit for the VALORANT Video Shooter role currently available at Team Liquid.

In the VALORANT Video Shooter/Producer role, you will be shooting video and photo content, ingesting and logging footage while working closely with our VALORANT content team, producers, and editors, and acting as a director of photography on projects as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Shooting video and photo content for our VALORANT social channels (YouTube, Twitter)
• Developing VALORANT-focused creative briefs from start to finish.
• Ingest and log footage from both on-site and remote shoots.
• Direct talent on set, helping them to feel comfortable in front of the camera.
• Maintain and organize our studio equipment, including but not limited to lights, cameras, and lenses
• Create a positive working environment, continuously providing instruction, guidance, and clear direction.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts, including local crew and talent for larger-scale productions.
• Work closely with our producers and editors when shaping content, including but not limited to:
  • Creating production schedules and coordinating with talent
  • Brainstorming creative to ensure an aligned vision
  • Developing storylines and ideas for narrative/storytelling content
  • Acting as a director of photography or producer on projects as needed
  • Ensuring all content is delivered to the highest level of quality with the required specifications

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of shooting experience
• An interest in gaining a deeper understanding of producing content in the gaming and esports space
• Available to work in our office located in Berlin, on a set, or offsite.
• Experience managing and directing talent
• Knowledge of the content creation process (develop, prep, produce, post, publish).
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and travel internationally to attend and create event coverage content

You’ll Earn Bonus Points If You Have:

• Knowledge of Sony camera systems (A7Siii, FX9)
• Remote production knowledge (OBS, team viewer, etc.)
