As an (Interim) Game Experience Lead, you will be responsible for creating engaging gamification mechanics that keep fans hooked. You'll work closely with the product, marketing, and UX teams to enhance Team Liquid’s fan loyalty program, including delivering a quest framework, reward timing, and an experience system that attracts and retains users. You’ll also advise on how to improve the platform by building on existing research and available features. By using your experience and expertise on gamification best practices and emerging technologies, you will enhance the user experience solutions and determine the most suitable gamification elements for our platform.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop a gamification strategy for an updated fan loyalty program.
Research available capabilities and advise on new features to enhance user experience and increase engagement.
Deliver user acquisition and retention mechanics, including quest framework, reward timing, and an experience/leveling system.
Work closely with the global product, marketing, and UX teams to implement mechanics for achieving the above objectives.
What You’ll Need:
5+ years of experience in gamification or loyalty program delivery.
Strong analytical skills for effective game mechanics.
Extensive knowledge of user engagement strategies and experience systems.
Expertise in delivering effective game mechanics and reward systems.
Fluent in English.
