As the SVP of Commercial, you will drive Team Liquid's commercial, business development, and partnerships strategy. Your leadership will play a critical role in guiding our global team to exceed expectations, negotiate deals, and achieve tangible growth targets. By aligning sales aspirations with business strategy and operations, you will help drive the overall success of the S&P team. Your focus on partner satisfaction and renewals will inspire the team to achieve sales goals and drive the organization forward.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Set achievable sales targets and seek growth opportunities through impactful partnerships.
Create and manage an annual forecast, manage budgets, and represent the company publicly.
Drive a Sales and Partnerships team and foster transparency and stakeholder alignment.
Prioritize inbound deal flow and partner with internal departments to exceed client expectations.
Gain a deep familiarity with Team Liquid's values.
What You’ll Need:
15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or relevant experience
Experience working in a global environment
Ability to guide cross-functional teams and achieve substantial growth targets
Ability to travel regionally and internationally

Ability to build strong relationships with key esports industry business contacts
Ability to develop deep familiarity with the esports ecosystem
