Liquid Media is a boutique creative marketing agency specializing in crafting unforgettable brand experiences, compelling content, and lucrative partnerships with global influencers. We deliver memorable experiences for endemic and non-endemic global gaming brands across industries, including Riot Games, Honda, Nike, and Skybound. Our core specialties include social media management, strategy and planning, content production, and influencer marketing. We are hiring a new Account Director that will sit within our global client strategy team, overseeing some of the most notable brands on the planet.
The Opportunity:
Do you have extensive experience in social media and influencer marketing? Are you passionate about managing high-profile client accounts and delivering successful brand campaigns? Are you highly organized and able to oversee multiple projects with ease? If so, you’d be a great fit for the Account Director, Liquid Media role.
As the Account Director, Liquid Media, you will serve as the main contact for a portfolio of high-value clients. This position requires a strategic, data-informed approach with experience in social media and influencer marketing. You will focus on client satisfaction, growth, and contributing to the agency’s continued success.
Location: Los Angeles, CA or North America (Remote)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their brand and business goals are met, participating in discussions, resolving issues, and adjusting campaigns to align with client needs.
- Oversee regular communication with clients to keep them updated on strategy, insights, and progress; this includes engaging in client meetings, providing updates, and offering status reports.
- Use data insights to refine social media and influencer campaigns, identifying key performance metrics like engagement and impressions to measure success.
- Manage a small team to ensure their work aligns with both client expectations and the agency’s broader vision.
- Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns, applying best practices and staying aware of trends in the industry.
- Manage account budgets and plan for future projects.
- Stay informed on social media strategies, continuously seeking ways to innovate and provide value for clients.
- Assist in generating new business opportunities by contributing ideas and participating in presentations.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience (8+ years) in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
- Experience managing high-profile accounts, particularly within the gaming or tech industries.
- Strong experience in social media management, including running platforms, content planning, and implementing strategies.
- Deep knowledge of influencer marketing, including but not limited to familiarity with pricing structures and negotiation tactics
- Proven experience managing and mentoring teams to meet both client and agency goals.
- Experience using data and insights to optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms used for campaign monitoring and performance evaluation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both clients and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting performance metrics.

- Expertise in developing and implementing social media and influencer marketing strategies.
- Success in managing influencer or social media campaigns in the gaming or tech sectors.
- Experience working on paid media efforts, optimizing content, and coordinating with media teams.
Benefits:
The salary range for CA/CO/CT/NY/WA is: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
