In this role, you’ll create and implement content that resonates with the esports community in Brazil. At the forefront of our digital narrative, you’ll develop campaigns, coach junior staff, and keep fan engagement central to our efforts. What You'll Be Doing:

Content & Publishing Strategy
- Coordinate the preparation, scheduling, posting, and assessment of content for Team Liquid's Brazil social media channels.
- Guide junior staff in platform expertise, ensuring content aligns with Team Liquid’s brand guidelines.
- Shape both short- and long-term content strategies, covering key events like tournaments, roster changes, and player news.
- Film, edit, and produce content, including short-form videos and photos, and attend tournaments to provide timely coverage.
- Present quarterly/seasonal performance metrics and optimize content strategies based on data insights.

Narrative and Campaign Development
- Build the overarching story of Team Liquid’s Brazil team by creating seasonal themes and aligning content with player and team narratives.
- Establish comprehensive content calendars that reflect major esports events and Team Liquid’s journey.

Team Guidance and Mentorship
- Take on a coaching role with junior social media team members, fostering an environment that promotes growth and skill development.
- Facilitate ideation sessions, perform monthly audits of profile assets, and oversee player check-ins to maintain relevancy and mentor junior staff.

Fan Engagement and Community Building
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with fans, ensuring their voices are represented in our content.
- Engage on platforms such as Discord and Reddit to build self-sustaining communities and implement strategies to strengthen fan involvement.
- Track content performance and fan engagement metrics, providing insights and offering direction to junior staff on effective engagement practices.
What You'll Need:
- 4+ years of experience in social media or community management, preferably with a focus on content strategy and fan engagement in gaming or esports.
- Proficiency across key platforms: Twitter, Bluesky, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, and Reddit, with knowledge of each platform’s audience, best practices, and performance metrics.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital and social media trends relevant to esports, including short-form video trends, platform algorithm changes, and engagement techniques.
- Experience in video content creation: Skilled in shooting high-quality video content for social media and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, CapCut) for editing and post-production.
- Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring junior team members in content creation, social media strategy, or platform best practices, with a proven ability to guide team members toward achieving audience engagement goals and professional growth.
- Experience with Hootsuite (or similar social media management tools) to coordinate and schedule content across multiple platforms.
- Strong expertise in Brazil’s esports community and industry, including familiarity with local tournaments, fan behavior, and regional influencers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with experience managing multiple projects with self-direction and in a team setting.
- Ability to travel within Brazil as needed to cover events, work with team members on-site, and ensure timely content creation.
- Genuine interest in gaining deeper insights into the gaming or esports industry, particularly VALORANT, Rainbow6, PUBG Mobile
- Fluent in English

- Advanced video production skills with a portfolio of engaging social content.
- Background in esports or gaming, particularly within the Brazilian market.
- Demonstrated success in creating cross-platform campaigns that elevate fan engagement.
Additional Requirements:
The nature of our games may require flexibility in working hours. The successful candidate should be prepared to work nontraditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure the success of our events.
This is a position with a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) type of contract.
