Job Purpose

The Video Editor is responsible for producing high-quality video content for Team Liquid Indonesia’s Project Division. This role involves editing, enhancing, and assembling raw footage into compelling stories that align with brand objectives and resonate with the esports and gaming community.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand guidelines.
• Enhance video quality using advanced editing techniques, sound design, and colour grading.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute engaging video projects.
• Provide innovative ideas to improve storytelling, visuals, and overall production quality.
• Tailor content for various platforms, including social media, YouTube, and live streaming platforms, ensuring optimized formats and specifications.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to understand project requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with designers, animators, and other creatives to integrate visual elements seamlessly into video projects.
• Maintain an organized workflow by properly managing video assets, project files, and archives.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in the esports, gaming, or digital content industries.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and color correction is a plus.
• Familiarity with esports culture and trends is highly advantageous.
