Job Purpose

The Motion Editor is responsible for creating dynamic motion graphics and animations that elevate Team Liquid Indonesia’s video and digital content. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the visual storytelling of the Project Division by designing engaging visuals tailored for esports and gaming audiences.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop high-quality motion graphics and animations for videos, digital campaigns, and live events.
• Design visually appealing assets such as transitions, intros, outros, and lower-thirds for multimedia content.
• Collaborate with the video editing team to integrate motion elements seamlessly into video projects.
• Enhance content with kinetic typography, visual effects, and dynamic animations that align with brand objectives.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, creative team, and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute motion graphics ideas.
• Provide creative input to improve storytelling and overall visual impact.
• Tailor animations and motion graphics for various platforms, such as YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, and live streaming platforms.
• Maintain an organized workflow by properly managing project files, motion assets, and archives.
• Ensure all animations meet quality standards and project deadlines.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in motion graphics or animation, preferably within the esports, gaming, or digital media industries.
• Proficiency in motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, kinetic typography, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
• Familiarity with esports and gaming trends is highly advantageous.
