As the Creative Coordinator, NA, you will manage and streamline project workflows, ensuring effective partnership between graphic design, writing, and creative teams within the Brand Marketing & Content (BMC) department. You’ll maintain project timelines, organize tasks in ClickUp, and proactively identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks. Facilitating communication, organizing meetings, and integrating stakeholder feedback into the creative process will be key to driving successful projects.
Location: Los Angeles, CA or US remote
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate the flow of creative projects across various teams, ensuring that tasks and deliverables are tracked and deadlines are met.
- Keep ClickUp up to date, managing task assignments, progress tracking, and project timelines.
- Act as the main point of contact between creative teams to ensure smooth partnership and resolve project bottlenecks.
- Organize meetings to align teams, review project status, and integrate stakeholder feedback into the creative process.
- Streamline processes to improve team productivity and reduce administrative overhead.
- Guide the onboarding and training of new team members in project management tools and workflows.
What You’ll Need:
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work effectively with teams in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Proactive mindset to identify issues and implement workflow improvements.
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Suite, and other team communication tools.
- Genuine interest in the gaming, sports, and team/fandom ecosystem
You'll Earn Bonus Points If You Have:
- Previous experience in creative operations, project management, or marketing roles.
- Proficiency in ClickUp, Asana, or other project management software.
- Experience managing multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in esports, gaming, or entertainment industries.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Benefits:
The salary range for CA and US remote is: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
