Report to Finance Accounting & Tax Manager, you will manage the full cycle of Accounts Receivable, including issuing invoices, tracking outstanding receivables, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely collections. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and facilitating the smooth flow of incoming transactions and also handle the complete taxation cycle.

Job Purpose
The Accounting Tax Officer plays a key role for managing Accounts Receivable activities, including issuing invoices, monitoring outstanding balances, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely collection. The role also involves handling end-to-end taxation processes, such as VAT and various withholding taxes, while ensuring accurate calculation, reporting, and payment in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations. The role will work closely with the finance department to maintain accurate documentation, address discrepancies, and ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
What You'll be Doing
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) , including issuing invoices, monitoring outstanding receivables, and coordinating with related departments for collection.
- Prepare and manage all taxation processes, including but not limited to: VAT (PPN) & Withholding Tax (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 26, PPh 25, and others)
- Ensure accurate and timely tax calculation, withholding, reporting, and payment in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Maintain complete and accurate tax documentation and facilitating audit requirements.
- Experience with the complete taxation cycle , from data preparation, tax calculation, reporting (e-Faktur, e-Bupot, CoreTax), and reconciliation.
- Familiar the financial reporting cycle, including preparing journal entries, reviewing general ledger transactions, performing monthly closing, and assisting in financial statement preparation.
- Perform tax reconciliation with accounting records to ensure accuracy between fiscal and commercial books.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies related to accounting and taxation.
- Facilitating internal and external audit processes related to accounting and tax.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as Accounting or Tax Officer (experience in handling AR is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, WHT, Income Tax, etc.)
- Proficient in tax reporting systems such as e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and CoreTax.
- Good knowledge of accounting standards and journal entries.
- Experience in monthly closing and financial reporting processes.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work with deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, SAP, or other ERP systems)
