As an Associate Talent Coordinator, EU, you will coordinate esports influencers and content creators across Team Liquid’s talent roster. Based in Utrecht, Netherlands, this role focuses on onboarding talent, coordinating campaigns and activations, and driving alignment with brand and sponsor expectations in a fast-paced esports environment.

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands. Candidates must be based in the Netherlands and available to work onsite at our Utrecht facility at least four days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Coordinate onboarding and day-to-day communication with on-roster talent.

• Execute talent-led campaigns, activations, and events.

• Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals to ensure requirements are met.

• Ensure talent content and activations align with brand and sponsor guidelines.

• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams on talent engagements.

• Coordinate administrative workflows related to contracts, invoicing, and logistics.

• Contribute to revenue-generating talent initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.

What You’ll Need:

• 2-4 years of experience in talent coordination, influencer marketing, account coordination, or a related role.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Fluency in English.

• Interest in gaming, esports, or adjacent digital content and creator ecosystems.

Additional Information:

• This role may require flexibility in working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.

• Occasional travel may be required based on campaign and event needs.
