Global Lead, HR Operations & Digital Transformation
The Opportunity:
Team Liquid is seeking a Global Lead, HR Operations & Digital Transformation to strengthen and evolve how People & Culture operates at scale.
This role holds accountability for the global HR operating model and the systems that enable it. The scope includes HR operations, HR technology, data governance, and service delivery, with long-term ownership of SAP SuccessFactors and oversight of consistency, reliability, and compliance of HR processes across regions.
Operating at the intersection of HR, technology, data, and operations, the role translates People & Culture strategy into scalable systems and workflows used by employees, managers, and HR teams across Europe, the United States, Brazil, and APAC.
This role is suited to an experienced HR operations professional with global exposure, strong systems expertise, and a practical approach to building structure in complex, multi-regional environments.
Location: Remote (Philippines, India, or South Africa)
What You’ll Be Doing
HR Operations & Service Delivery
Maintain and evolve Team Liquid’s global HR operations model, balancing consistency with regional requirements.
Ensure reliable delivery of core HR services across the employee lifecycle, including HR administration, payroll coordination, benefits administration, time off, and data accuracy.
Define and maintain HR service standards, ownership models, SLAs, and escalation paths across regions.
Work with regional People Experience teams to maintain operational alignment across markets.
HR Technology & Digital Transformation
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, including system design, configuration, data migration, testing, change activities, and global rollout.
Act as the business owner for HR systems, ensuring platforms align with operational needs and user workflows.
Reduce complexity across the HR technology landscape by addressing duplication, fragmentation, and manual processes.
Work with IT on integrations, access controls, security considerations, and long-term platform sustainability.
Identify opportunities to introduce automation, digital tools, and appropriate AI use to improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability.
Data, Reporting & Governance
Establish people data governance standards, including data quality expectations, ownership models, and compliance practices.
Build scalable reporting and insight capabilities that inform HR and business planning.
Enable consistent workforce metrics and dashboards across regions.
Ensure data privacy and regulatory requirements are met across jurisdictions.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Maintain global HR vendor relationships, including payroll, benefits, and HR technology providers.
Oversee contracts, SLAs, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
Ensure vendors remain aligned with Team Liquid’s scale, structure, and evolving requirements.
Change Enablement & Capability Development
Build HR operations capability globally, setting clear expectations and operating practices.
Enable adoption of new systems and processes across HR teams and people managers.
Act as a partner to regional People & Culture teams during both transformation initiatives and steady-state operations.
What You’ll Need
Extensive experience in HR operations within global or multi-regional organizations.
Demonstrated experience overseeing a major HRIS implementation; SAP SuccessFactors experience is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, data structures, and relationships between systems.
Experience operating within complex, global, matrixed environments.
Comfort working across both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
