KOL Specialist
The Opportunity:

In this role, you will identify and work with creators across major social platforms to help execute influencer marketing campaigns. You will coordinate campaigns from influencer discovery and outreach through campaign execution and reporting, ensuring all creator partnerships align with brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
The ideal candidate has familiarity with creator communities, social media trends, and influencer marketing strategies, and is comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-moving digital environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Campaign Planning
Define campaign goals and performance indicators such as reach, engagement, and campaign ROI.
Translate campaign goals into clear influencer partnership plans and detailed content briefs that outline messaging, creative direction, and posting requirements.
Influencer Discovery & Vetting
Identify and evaluate influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Review creator profiles for audience authenticity, engagement quality, and alignment with brand values.
Maintain and expand a structured database of influencers across nano, micro, macro, and mega tiers.
Creator Outreach & Negotiation
Conduct outreach to potential creators through email, direct messages, or other communication channels.
Negotiate partnership terms including deliverables, pricing, and usage rights.
Maintain ongoing relationships with creators to enable repeat campaigns and long-term partnerships.
Campaign Execution
Coordinate campaign logistics including product shipments, event scheduling, and posting timelines.
Review draft content to confirm alignment with brand guidelines and campaign messaging.
Monitor campaign progress and confirm all content is delivered according to schedule.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track campaign performance metrics including views, engagement, and audience feedback.
Compile post-campaign reports evaluating influencer performance.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve future influencer campaigns.
What You’ll Need:
1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or social media marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.
Experience working with influencers across TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
Familiarity with social media platforms, creator trends, and digital culture.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets for campaign tracking and reporting.
Familiarity with influencer performance tools such as SocialBlade, Analisa.io, HypeAuditor, or similar.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to monitor social media content outside standard posting hours when campaigns are live.
You’ll Earn Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience working in a digital or creative agency environment.
Experience managing influencer campaigns for consumer brands (FMCG, lifestyle, beauty, or gaming).
Existing relationships with influencers or creator communities.
Experience developing influencer campaign strategy or proposal decks.
Familiarity with influencer contracts, usage rights, and campaign deliverable requirements.
Additional Information
Role based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
May require coordination with creators across different schedules and time zones.
Campaign activity may occasionally require monitoring social media content outside standard working hours.
