Apparel Marketing Manager
The Opportunity:
Team Liquid is seeking an Apparel Marketing Manager to help grow and scale our apparel brand. This role connects apparel design, marketing campaigns, and the community that engages with our products.
The position combines creative campaign development, content production coordination, and marketing operations. You will work closely with teams across design, growth marketing, social media, and talent to translate apparel concepts into compelling campaigns and marketing assets.
Team Liquid works with some of the world’s most iconic anime franchises and brings those partnerships to life through apparel and community-based campaigns. This role sits at the center of these partnerships, helping translate well-known anime IP into compelling marketing moments for fans. Familiarity with anime culture is important for this position, and the role is best suited for someone with a strong interest in the fandom.
This role is well-suited for someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable working at the intersection of streetwear culture and anime-inspired aesthetics.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Campaign Development & Content Production
Develop seasonal marketing campaigns that promote apparel launches and strengthen brand storytelling.
Create mood boards and visual direction that translate brand concepts into marketing assets.
Define marketing assets required across channels, including paid media advertisements, social content, and campaign visuals.
Coordinate production logistics for content shoots and represent the apparel team during production.
Ensure garments are styled accurately and that campaign assets meet brand quality standards.
Coordinate apparel-related events such as pop-ups and collection launches.
Creator & Community Marketing
Work with the Internal Talent Team to coordinate creator participation in apparel campaigns.
Ensure creators receive the appropriate products on schedule and align with campaign posting timelines.
Identify emerging creators whose audiences align with the apparel brand aesthetic.
Work with social media teams on engagement-focused campaigns.
Contribute to email and SMS marketing initiatives by coordinating copy and creative.
Marketing Operations & Performance
Monitor fashion, anime culture, and digital trends to inform campaign direction.
Coordinate marketing initiatives across the Design, Growth, and Talent teams.
Manage marketing budgets carefully and monitor campaign costs.
Review campaign performance metrics to identify which creative approaches are performing effectively.
What You’ll Need:
2–4 years of experience in apparel marketing, fashion marketing, or consumer brand marketing.
Strong visual literacy and the ability to communicate creative concepts through tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads or TikTok Ads.
Strong interest in anime culture and familiarity with how anime aesthetics intersect with fashion and apparel branding.
Demonstrated strengths in creative thinking, team communication skills, results orientation, and strategic judgment.
You'll Earn Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience working in a startup or direct-to-consumer apparel environment.
Experience coordinating influencer or creator marketing campaigns.
Experience working with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads or TikTok Ads.
This is a position with a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) type of contract.
