Junior Graphic Designer
The Opportunity:
Team Liquid is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to produce creative assets across esports, partnerships, social media, and branded content initiatives.
This role focuses on producing high-quality visual assets that help maintain a consistent global brand presence within a fast-paced creative environment across multiple platforms. This includes social graphics, campaign assets, event branding, streaming visuals, YouTube thumbnails, and promotional materials tied to esports, creators, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and adapting assets across a variety of digital and social formats.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Design Production
Work alongside senior designers and creative team members on the production of social graphics, campaign assets, event branding, streaming visuals, and promotional materials.
Execute production-ready assets, revisions, and layout adaptations across multiple formats and platforms.
Execute fast-turnaround creative requests across esports, creators, and marketing initiatives.
Design YouTube thumbnails and social assets optimized for platform visibility, engagement, and audience performance.
Task Management & File Organization
Manage assigned design tasks through project management tools and established workflows.
Maintain organized source files, templates, and asset libraries.
Prepare and package files correctly for digital, social, print, and production use.
Generative AI & Creative Tools
Utilize generative AI tools and prompting techniques to assist with ideation, asset creation, workflow efficiency, and creative exploration under team guidance.
Stay informed on evolving creative technologies and industry workflows relevant to gaming, esports, and digital content creation.
Brand Application & Cross-Functional Work
Apply Team Liquid’s brand guidelines across campaigns, partnerships, and content initiatives.
Ensure visual consistency while adapting assets for different audiences, platforms, and regions.
Coordinate with designers, creative team members, marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout production and review processes.
Learning & Skill Growth
Continue developing design, production, and communication skills through feedback, research, and coordination with the creative team.
Learn and apply new tools, techniques, and workflows relevant to gaming, esports, and digital content creation.
What You’ll Need:
Strong familiarity with graphic design concepts, including typography, layout, and composition.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Familiarity with SEO and YouTube thumbnail strategies.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment with quick turnarounds.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in both Portuguese and English, written and verbal.
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate design concepts and ideas clearly.
Ability to receive feedback and adapt to evolving creative needs and workflows.
Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design sensibility, creativity, and adaptability across formats.
You'll Earn Bonus Points If You Have:
Interest in gaming, esports culture, and digital entertainment environments.
Familiarity with creative AI tools and AI prompting workflows.
Familiarity with Figma.
Additional Information:
This role may require flexibility around working hours based on campaign, production, or event timelines.
This position works closely with global teams across multiple regions and time zones.
This is a position with a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) type of contract.
