Integrated Game Producer
About Team Liquid
Team Liquid began as a StarCraft clan in 2000 and grew into a global esports and gaming organization. At our heart, we're still a community of people who love competitive gaming.
Our main quest is to forge a global fandom that celebrates creativity, mastery and kindness.
Across our teams, creators, content and Liquipedia, we bring people closer to the games they love. That takes colleagues with different skills, perspectives and backgrounds, working together across countries and disciplines.
Joining Team Liquid means helping shape what comes next. We value people who take ownership, stay curious and support those around them—and who care about how we succeed together.
About the Team
Brand, Marketing & Content brings Team Liquid’s teams, players, and stories closer to fans around the world. The team works across social media, content, creative, and production to create engaging experiences that strengthen the connection between Team Liquid and its global community.
For EA SPORTS FC, that means staying close to the team, understanding the competitive ecosystem and its fans, and turning the moments that happen around the game, players, tournaments, and competition into content that resonates with the community.
The Role
As an Integrated Game Producer for EA SPORTS FC, you’ll help grow Liquid FC by connecting our players and competitive team with fans through educational and entertaining and social-first content and storytelling.
You’ll work closely with players, coaches, and internal teams to capture the ins and outs of the game and identify the competitive moments, personalities, and storylines that matter to our community. From tournaments and match days to behind-the-scenes moments, player-focused stories, and educational content, you’ll help create and publish content across Liquid FC’s EA FC social channels.
This is a hands-on role that combines content production, social media, and coordination. You’ll manage content calendars and channel execution, coordinate freelance contributors, support sponsored content, and use performance data and audience insights to understand what resonates and continuously improve what we create. You’ll also travel internationally to tournaments, bootcamps, and other team events as needed. The role requires flexibility around tournaments, match schedules, travel, and occasional weekend work.

AI Fluency at Team Liquid
Using AI thoughtfully is an expectation across Team Liquid, including in non-technical roles. We’re looking for people who explore how these tools can improve their work, test ideas and share what they learn with their teams.
In this role, that could include:
Using approved AI tools to support content ideation, production planning, and creative workflows.
Using AI to analyze social media performance, identify audience and content trends, and surface opportunities to improve content.
Exploring ways to improve content and production workflows while protecting confidential company, player, and partner information.
You don’t need to be an AI expert on day one. We do expect a willingness to learn, experiment and build confidence. Just as important is knowing how to check outputs, protect confidential information and recognize when human judgment is essential.
Whether you’ve used AI at work or explored it independently, we’re interested in what you’ve tried, what you’ve learned and how you would apply that learning here.
What You'll Bring
1-3 years of experience in social media, content production, digital media, esports, gaming, sports, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of EA SPORTS FC, its game, community, culture, and competitive ecosystem.

Experience creating and producing social content, with an understanding of filming, editing, and content production workflows.
Strong creative instincts and the ability to identify compelling stories, moments, and content opportunities around players, competition, and gaming culture.
Ability to work comfortably with players, talent, coaches, and other stakeholders and translate their personalities and experiences into authentic content.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working directly with professional players, creators, influencers, or other on-camera talent.

Our Values in Action
Team Liquid runs on six values — they're not posters on a wall, they're how we hire, promote, and work every day.
Integrity — We do the right thing, even when it isn't easy or convenient.
Humility — Empathy, listening, and respect matter more than being right.
Pursuing Excellence — We treat self-improvement as a never-ending journey, not a destination.
Curiosity — We have an insatiable thirst to understand ourselves and the world, including the new tools reshaping how we work. This is where our AI Fluency expectation comes from — curious people build the future faster.
Authenticity — We welcome who you are, as you are. There's no pressure to fit in.
Inclusivity — We work to be an equalizing force that humanizes differences and builds safer communities.
Life at Team Liquid
Across every Team Liquid office, you'll get:
Game Day, once a quarter — the whole office pauses to play games together and enjoy some friendly competition.
In-house chefs at every facility, serving two meals a day.
Three extra global holidays — one for each continent we operate on, celebrating our global presence.
For this role, we also offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including pension and healthcare support.
We're looking for people who are genuinely excited to build this with us, not just fill a seat.
If you need a reasonable accommodation during the application or interview process, please let us know. We're happy to work with you to ensure you have what you need.
Equal Opportunity Employer
Team Liquid is an equal opportunity employer. We view everyone as an individual, and we know inclusion means more than diversity — it means belonging. We celebrate what makes each of us unique; it's a core part of what makes us good at what we do.
