Senior Business Development Manager (Sponsorship & Events)
The Opportunity:
Team Liquid is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (Sponsorship & Events) to drive commercial growth across Team Liquid Indonesia’s esports properties and event portfolio.
This role focuses on generating sponsorship revenue, developing brand partnerships, and monetizing esports properties and event-based assets across esports events, brand activations, and digital content programs. The position identifies commercial opportunities, builds relationships with brands and agencies, and delivers sponsorship programs that expand revenue and market presence.
The role requires experience in sponsorship sales, client development, and commercial partnerships, along with the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment across esports, media, and live events.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Sponsorship Sales Strategy
Develop and execute sponsorship sales plans for Team Liquid’s esports properties and event portfolio.
Identify new sponsorship and partnership opportunities across relevant industries.
Structure sponsorship packages aligned with brand goals and event assets.
Revenue Generation
Run the full sponsorship sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and contract execution.
Generate revenue through sponsorship programs, brand activations, and event-based commercial opportunities.
Track pipeline progress and revenue performance against commercial targets.
Maintain and develop the sponsorship pipeline to meet revenue targets across events and esports properties.
Client & Partner Relationships
Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
Maintain sponsor accounts including renewals, partnership extensions, and expanded commercial opportunities.
Represent Team Liquid at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Commercial Proposals & Activations
Develop sponsorship proposals, partnership presentations, and sales materials.
Translate brand requirements into integrated sponsorship programs and event activations.
Ensure delivery of sponsor deliverables and agreed partnership terms.
Cross-Team Coordination
Work with marketing, partnerships, and operations teams to execute sponsorship campaigns and event activations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of partner deliverables.
Performance Monitoring
Track revenue performance, partnership effectiveness, and pipeline development.
Review market trends, industry activity, and sponsorship opportunities.
Identify opportunities to refine commercial approaches and expand monetization across events, content, and sponsorship assets.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, event commercialization, media sales, or agency partnerships.
Experience developing sponsorship proposals and closing commercial deals.
Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Clear communication and presentation skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Experience in esports, gaming, sports, or entertainment partnerships.
