Create reports tailored to project and campaign KPIs, and continuously improve reporting processes with a focus on automation and efficiency.
Support teams with ad hoc data requests, such as information on past work or consumer insights, and provide actionable recommendations from planning through post-mortem stages.
Develop tools that make information easier to access and understand, including dashboards, web tools, and automated scripts.
Analyze micro- and macro-trends across the esports industry and communicate relevant findings to teams across the organization.
Improve and iterate on existing processes using new tools and technologies, including AI.
Contribute to the strategic direction of major campaigns by identifying learnings from previous initiatives and translating them into actionable insights.
Advise teams on key measurement and target-setting exercises, including KPIs, CPMs, media value forecasts, deliverable targets, and campaign goals.
Assist in developing and maintaining internal data repositories and managing data cleanliness and flow.
What You’ll Need:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Management, Economics, or a related field.
1+ years of experience working in esports, gaming, streaming, or digital media.
Familiarity with data types and sources relevant to esports, including social media, streaming, and media value data.
Experience creating reports and presenting insights for executive, internal, and external partner audiences.
Strong knowledge of the gaming and esports ecosystem, including esports tournaments, streaming, social media, influencer marketing, and event management.
Ability to use AI tools, such as Claude or similar platforms, to create tools, scripts, or other solutions that automate or improve workflows.
