Join Our Team as Agency Director – Southeast Asia!
Team Liquid is hiring a Agency Director – Southeast Asia to oversee and scale commercial growth across Indonesia and the Philippines. This role is accountable for regional revenue performance, expansion of white-label offerings, and improvement of conversion across the sales funnel.
Serving as the primary commercial authority for Southeast Asia, you will work cross-functionally to establish durable client relationships, expand market presence, and deliver consistent, measurable growth.
This is a strategic and hands-on executive role, combining revenue accountability, market expansion, and senior client partnership.
What You’ll Be Doing
Commercial & Revenue Ownership
Oversee regional revenue performance across Indonesia and the Philippines, with accountability for sustained monthly and annual growth.
Define commercial direction for the region by setting sales priorities, pipeline strategy, and conversion improvement initiatives.
Establish performance targets and ensure consistent progress against them.
White-Label & Strategic Partnerships
Advance the expansion and monetization of white-label offerings across Southeast Asia.
Structure, negotiate, and finalize complex commercial partnerships that enable long-term growth.
Design scalable deal frameworks that enable repeatable, high-quality sales execution.
Client & Market Engagement
Act as a senior client partner, providing strategic guidance to enable long-term account development.
Expand relationships with key clients to enable retention, expansion, and multi-year value.
Maintain awareness of market dynamics, market landscape, and emerging opportunities across SEA.
Regional Oversight & Cross-Functional Alignment
Build and evolve regional commercial teams by setting clear expectations for performance, accountability, and growth.
Coordinate sales, delivery, and enabling teams to ensure operational readiness and strong client outcomes.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate commercial strategy into execution.
Market Expansion & Regional Presence
Expand Team Liquid’s commercial presence across Southeast Asia by establishing senior-level relationships with brands, partners, and local stakeholders.
Represent the organization externally at an executive level within the region.n
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5–10 years in a senior sales or business development role, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated success in delivering sustained revenue growth and improving sales conversion performance.
Experience in managing multiple departments and working within the digital marketing or agency space.
Background in white-label sales and managing complex client relationships.
Strong people management and team coordination skills, with experience working across multiple functions.
Strong commercial judgment with the ability to translate data and insights into action.
Clear and effective communication and negotiation skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
Solid knowledge of Southeast Asia market dynamics, particularly Indonesia and the Philippines.
Fluent in English.
